Aromatherapy has many applications and uses for everyone. It is becoming a growing therapy in the Healthcare field; for those in the hospital and hospice and just for those seeking an alternative and/or complimentary therapy to traditional care. Aromatherapy is gaining awareness in addressing the needs of all. This includes those who take on the responsibility of caring for the sick and dying.
One does not need to be sick to benefit from essential oils. They are supportive in helping to maintain balance and harmony in an individual. Stress, tension, anxiety, insomnia can lead to imbalance and eventually to disease. Essential oils help at all levels, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
My Harmonizing and Uplifting Lotion is a remedy that I created originally for myself. It is a blend of eight essential oils. It brings balance and peace each day I use it. This is just one way of achieving and maintaining wellness. There are certainly other uses that are beneficial.
For people that are aiding those in the process of transitioning I have a lotion that offers comfort, peace. and tranquility. This blend helps one to release and let go of a negative past for forgiveness. I use Sandalwood, Rose Geranium, Cedarwood, Spikenard and Frankincense. Blended in a cream.
